A date you pick on our booking page is a request until we confirm it by email or phone. We schedule visits by area, so we may occasionally ask you to move to a nearby day. We work during a daytime window and do not promise an exact arrival time. You do not need to be home, but we do need access to the pool and equipment.
Prices shown on this website are for the labor and visit described and apply to new clients unless we tell you otherwise. Chemicals are not included; after testing your water we charge only for the chemicals your pool needs at the time of service. Prices shown as limited-time offers may change without notice. Payment is due when the invoice is sent unless we have agreed to other terms.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move a visit so we can offer the spot to a neighbor. If we arrive and cannot do the work because of something on your end (locked gate, no power, no water), we may charge a trip fee.
You are responsible for giving us accurate information about your pool and property, for keeping pets secured while we work, and for letting us know about any known problems (leaks, damaged equipment, chemicals you have added).
We will perform each service with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for pre-existing problems, wear and tear, or damage caused by weather, animals, or equipment failure that we did not cause. Our liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid us for that service.
The text, photos and logo on this site belong to The Pool Crew and may not be copied without permission. We try to keep the site accurate but do not guarantee that it is free of errors.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
