When you request a quote or book a service on this website, we collect the information you give us: your name, phone number, email address, service address, pool details (type, water type, photos you choose to upload), your preferred date, and any notes you add. Our website host also records basic technical information such as your IP address and browser type. If we use advertising or analytics tools (Google or Meta), those tools may set cookies to measure whether our ads led to a quote request.
We use your information to reply to you, schedule and perform your pool service, send you a reminder before a visit, follow up afterward (for example to ask for a review), invoice you, and keep our own records. We may also send you occasional seasonal emails about opening, closing or maintenance. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and you can always reply to any message and ask us to stop.
When you book online, your appointment is created on our Google Calendar so our crew knows where to go and when. Our website’s access to that calendar is limited to creating and updating appointments. If you enter your email, Google may send you a calendar invitation for your confirmed visit.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with the services we use to run the business — our website host (Netlify), Google (calendar and email), our invoicing software, and advertising platforms for conversion measurement — and only as needed to provide the service you asked for. We may disclose information if required by law.
We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward for tax, warranty and record-keeping purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time. To do any of these, email us at the address above.
Our services are for homeowners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
